Emily and I left on December 20th for our three week tour of Spain and Portugal. Our first stop was a week on the Spanish island of Mallorca in the Mediterranean Sea. I posted a lot of pictures so forgive me for not having captions for everyone of them. (Warning this post contains brief briefs please be advised)
Great architecture of Madrid airport.
This was the amazing view we woke up to our first day in Aucanada, Mallorca.
Our perfect condo...Thanks again Ellen!
The fresh market of Alcudia.
Old Town Alcudia.
She wouldn´t leave me alone so I tried the fish hook manuever.
Looks like some other 6 foot person had already been through here.
During the Roman rule Alcudia was the capital of Mallorca. The ruins were restored here for a gateway to the Old Town.
Our first stop at one of the many beaches of Mallorca. The water is a bit too chilly to swim in in December..... or is it?
Beach smile.
I guess God thought it wasn't beautiful enough so He threw in a rainbow just for kicks.
The Mallorcan wild life.
Cape Formentor light house.
A good color pallet.
Looking east.
The Daddy Mac will make you....
If I were a ferrel cat this is where I would be.
In the next series of pictures I kept trying to beat the 10 second camera timer. The sequence turned out pretty funny.
As we were driving we came across a small brush fire and all I could think about is what would Smokey do?
Taken after he hopped down 10 steps on his uni-cycle.
Morning sunrise from our condo.
Our Christmas alcove.
That's right....just a possessed dog on the back of a stuffed sheep...what?
Anyone who knows how allergic Emily is to cats should be amazed. What a sucker when it comes to animals.
So I guess that's it for our luck.
Forming the attack position.
Emily absorbing.
Cala Mandrago Park
The beach all to ourselves!
Emily shedding her coat with the look of contentment.
Looking for the beer I was cooling off.
(I warned you about the briefs)
