Taking this picture gave me an idea. The next time you see a stranger sleeping with their camera nearby, take a picture of them and quietly sneak away.

Coming into Belgrade on the bus.
We arrived on warm Saturday afternoon so there were plenty of people out and about.
A lot of good street performers too.
We headed to the City Park that was once a fortress and now also has a zoo. Clearly fortresses were really in back in the day. I see them making a comeback.

I don't know if it was the sleep deprivation from the night before, but I felt like I was on cloud nine here. The people were all very mellow and enjoyable and the city had a very warm feeling to it.

The Pobednik (The Victor) is a monument in the Kalemegdan Fortress was erected after World War I to commemorate the first Allied victory of the war, the defeat of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
